Frequently asked questions

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. The change will be effective immediately and you will be billed pro-rata.

What happens if I exceed my limit?

You will receive a notification and can either wait for your quota to renew or buy a credit pack to continue immediately.

Are files stored?

No, for security and GDPR compliance reasons, your files are never stored. They are processed in real-time and deleted immediately after download.

What file formats are accepted?

Currently, we only accept XML files. The output is an .excelify.zip bundle containing a CSV file (.csv) — openable directly in Excel, Numbers (Mac), Google Sheets, LibreOffice or any other tool — and a structure manifest (skeleton.json). Reconstruction is then available on the /reconstruct page of the site, on any OS.

How do credit packs work?

Credit packs are one-time purchases of 10 credits for €12. They add to your current quota, never expire, and are used after your monthly credits. You can buy multiple packs.

What is the maximum file size?

4 MB per transformation on the free plan, 30 MB on the VIP plan. Reconstruction is free for everyone and accepts bundles up to 4 MB — roughly 30 MB of rebuilt XML — with no output ceiling. To go beyond that (Enterprise catalogs), contact us.
