Rebuild your XML from the CSV
Drop your edited data.csv with skeleton.json (“Separate files”), or the .excelify.zip bundle if you put the edited CSV back into it. We regenerate the XML from the CSV, preserving the original structure. The CSV's separator and encoding are recognized automatically; if your spreadsheet damaged values (characters replaced with “?”, codes turned into scientific notation, dates that changed format), we tell you before rebuilding, in most cases: save as “CSV UTF-8” to be safe.
Works everywhere: Mac, Linux, Windows, Chromebook. No macro installation required.
